Premiere Pro Text Animation
Premiere Pro Text Animation
👉Creating a Text Layer
The first step is to create a text layer. To do this, simply click on the Type tool in the toolbar and then click in the Viewer window. Type your text and then format it using the options in the Effects Controls panel.
👉Adding Animation
Once you have your text layer created, you can start adding animation. There are two ways to do this: using keyframes or using Motion Graphics Templates.
👉Using Keyframes
To animate your text using keyframes, simply click on the stopwatch icon next to the property you want to animate. This will create a keyframe. Then, move the playhead to a different point in the timeline and change the value of the property. Premiere Pro will create a smooth animation between the two keyframes.
🔥Using Motion Graphics Templates
Motion Graphics Templates are pre-made animations that you can apply to your text. To use a Motion Graphics Template, simply drag and drop it onto your text layer in the timeline. Then, you can customize the animation by changing the values in the Effects Controls panel.
Here are a few tips for creating great text animations:
- Use ease in and ease out to make your animations look more natural.
- Use different types of animation, such as movement, rotation, and scaling, to create more complex and interesting animations.
- Don't be afraid to experiment! There are no rules when it comes to text animation.
